How quickly will I receive a response to my question?
We aim to reply to all messages as quickly as possible. All inquiries are handled in the order they are received. Normally, you can expect a response within 12–24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday). Please note that responses may take longer during weekends and public holidays.


How long does it take to receive my order?
The total delivery time consists of processing time plus shipping time.

  • Processing time: Orders placed before 00:00 GMT are processed within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Shipping time: After processing, delivery usually takes 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday).

Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Please note:

  • Larger orders may occasionally cause slight delays in processing or shipping.
  • Orders are not processed or delivered during weekends or public holidays.

Will my order arrive in multiple packages?
In some cases, orders may be shipped in separate packages, especially for larger orders. If this happens, the packages may arrive 1–2 business days apart.


When will I receive tracking details for my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number within 24 hours. You can use this number on our Track My Order page to follow the progress of your shipment.


What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at info@nordiqare.com with your name and order number, and our support team will assist you.


What if an item is missing or damaged in my order?
If something in your order is missing or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@nordiqare.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue.


What are the shipping costs?
All orders within the UK qualifies for free shipping.


My delivery is delayed. What should I do?
Most orders arrive within the estimated delivery time. However, if your order has not arrived as expected, please wait an additional 3 days beyond the original estimated delivery date.

If the order still has not arrived after that time, please contact us at info@nordiqare.com and we will assist you.


Do I need to pay for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or damaged.

  • Standard returns: The return shipping cost is paid by the customer.
  • Faulty or damaged items: We will provide a free return label by email and cover the return cost.

Please ensure that the item is securely packaged, preferably in its original packaging. Returns that do not include a completed return form or valid tracking information cannot be accepted.

What is the return period?
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your complete order to request a return.


When will I receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.
